Player Colors

Could someone make a module that allows players to buy player/glow colors in the store? It's pretty simple, it just changes the color of the player when equipped.

EDIT: And only applies the color at the start of the round.

Alternatively, if nobody is going to write this. You could use the Commands module in combination with one of these (http://www.sourcemod.net/plugins.php?cat=0&mod=-1&title=color&author=&description=&search=1) plugins.
