Store Backend access denied?

I installed Store mod (folowing the given tutorial) and when i start up my server, i get this error in console:

Load Errors:
[Store] Backend: PLUGIN STOPPED - Reason: reconnect counter reached max - PLUGIN STOPPED

and this in the store log

[store/store-backend.smx] ERROR | Connection to SQL database has failed, Reason: [1045]: Access denied for user 'xxx' (using password: YES)

How can i give access to this mod? (or any outside source since i cant connect through FTP either)

I'm using phpmyadmin database

Seems like your MYSQL databse does not allow external connections.

Some providers have an option to enable it, some just don't allow it. Where is your MYSQL DB hosted?

Think i got the access working, its not showing in error log any more...

All i need to fix now is
