(SteamPipe) SB admin.cfg not downloading

I have 7 Tf2 servers all using the same database. All work fine except one doesn't down load the database of admins to the admin.cfg correctly. The admin.cfg only contains about one third of my admins (a 3K file). My other servers download a 10K admin.cfg file. This all started after the SP update.

SB ver.- 1.4.10
SM ver.-1.5.0-dev+3834
MM ver.-1.10.0-dev

Any idea's? Thanks. This one has me stumped.

Problem Solved:

I had the wrong server ID in my sourcebans.cfg, it didn't match the server # that was set up in the web admin.
Solved---Don't I feel stupid, lol
