You can download temporary fix from https://github.com/RavuAlHemio/sourcemod-beta-gamedata/blob/master/css/cssdm-steampipe-beta.txt - rename it to cssdm.games.txt and disable gamedata autoupdate.

It is. If the SM one is down all other snapshots associated to AM are down.

Yeah, there is a working version of CSS:DM, but the snapshot server is "down"
