CSDM Bug [Help :(]

Hi.
I own a server, respawn mode and i have some problems with it.
When a player respawns after he died, he is respawned first in base and after 2 sec where he should be respawned.
And the second problem. After a player choosed his weapons, he have two pistols. One it's the one he choosed and the other one it's from team [if he is CT-> USP, and T->Glock]. So i want just one pistol.
Edit: And when someone types /spec he can kill anyone T and CT

are you using other plugins interacting with the CSDM default mod ?
read some previous threads, maybe you'll find an answer.
wait for an update of CSDM, after a final release of the current cs and cz updates.

I found the plugin wich interact with csdm.
Now works good.
But now i can't find an auto refill ammo after frag for csdm.
