SQL Problem

Hi guys at Allied Modders, we're currently facing a problem with our sql server that has happened over night, since this problem we have no functioning admins or anything that actually works.
You can see a mysql error at our ban page http://kammertonen.dk/sb/index.php?p=banlist here, i found another post where he mentioned smac might be the problem, tried disabling it but doesn't help :/
Can you guys answer asap please? our servers without admins = chaos...

Had the same problem, smac banned person with reason eye Test Violation.
Check that ban "id":
http://kammertonen.dk/sb/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=WHERE+name+%3D&Submit=
Edit/delete it, and SB should work.

Main question is, what's causing this?
