i simply need a plug-in that will invite a player, IF AND ONLY IF, they type !JoinGroup on the server. To my knowledge, this does NOT violate the Valve ToS Agreement as no forceful event is being executed on a high volume of clients unwilling to receive the notification , also known as SPAM.

Please correct me if I am wrong. Anyway, I am paying top dollar for this to be done. It is relatively simple I would like it done.

If I read the SteamTools thread correctly, inviting players to a group requires access to client API which servers can not. you need a client to invite another client and as far as I understood, what you're asking for is not possible (using steamstools).

Anyone can correct me?

now, perhaps there are other 'more creative' ways to do this, that I'm not aware of.
