[Deathrun] Semiclip

Description
- The existing semiclips are bugged for deathrun, so I try'd to make a working one for deathrun.
Examples
- trigger_push will work with this semiclip.
- If a hammer goes on more players, they all get slayed. (With old they get unstucked out)
- ...
System
- The basic is from coderiz's Semiclip. I added a 'kill'-system in it if players get stuck in a trap they get slayed. Also there is a check if the CT can see the terrorists, else if CT finishes, he runs trought the terrorist, and so its impossible to kill.
Todo
- Add 'env_beam' support. (Atm it isnt working)
- Add 'aim name', when you aim on a player, so you see there name.

- Auto unstuck can bug the system.
This semiclip is still in beta, so if you got any trouble post it here. So in the end we got a perfect working semiclip for deathrun!
