Hay I need plugin when you enter the server you automatically joins the group or something like that
No one is going to help you with that here. While it is possible it is frowned upon by this community. I also think it is against Steams ToS although I have never seen where it says that.

Well i know you cant force pple to join groups anymore its not possible, but you can say... invite them urself.
