Function:
This plugin Anti-Ping, much like the hpk.amxx, but improved somewhat, with a few other features, making it easier for admins control ping on their servers. The plugin includes new types of messages (via HUD - colored -) and sounds when someone exceeds the value set by the admin when a player is kicked, and also when a player enters the server, a warning sound, similar to what sXe the shows when someone connects to the server.

Commands:
ap_max x (default 200) adjustment here the maximum allowed ping in sv
ap_check x (default 12) checks the player (ping id)
ap_teste x (default 5) tests the ping jogdor (it really kikca for you if your ping is high)
ap_atraso x (deafult 60) 60 sec before you kick the lagger
