Unusual Hat Effects Menu

Can anyone make publicly a plugin to make a menu from where donators can choose a hat effect to work with tf2items ?

Publicly? No.

The reason being that we don't want Valve to block the methods TF2Items uses to change attributes.

I found a plugin that does this with TF2Items that was chillin somewhere in the web but it may need some adaptation because it uses some includes I didn't found. Anyone interested will have to PM me.
