Need Help [Admin Mod]

Hello ppl, can someone help me? I have small problem, I install in my linux server dproto, metamod and admin mod, and i connect to the server (non-steam) and i go rcon_password XXX and i go rcon admin_help and have nothing... and and admin mode commandс does not work on my server via rcon.. what's the problem? Can someone help me ?
