[Help] Getting a random location on the map.

im just messing a around here, but im trying to get random locations inside the map to make like lightning bolts around the map, like a storm. i think it would be cool to know how to get a location using the map's maxsize and minsize.

well my solution is just a thought right, now, but maybe using a pre-defined box/area defined by the admin, then getting a random location in that area.
