Disabling icons over teammates

Hello! its possible to remove/replace icons over teammates? (link (http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/523779235894116436/13CDFAEF1B450BC7318C5832D6322DF5E8DFAB81/))
I only know its automatically removing when player speaking (also with mp_show_voice_icons 0, so I cant see teammate & voice icon over player's head). Maybe its possible to remove via sdkhooks or fake +voicerecord command? help please!

Thanks guys, but i wanted to disable it at all, for everyone.... I already do that via SendProxy Manager (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=169795) in my deathmatch (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=183846) plugin
