Chat Relay

Hello dear community!
I am looking for a plugin, that allow players on one server communicate with players on another.
Like plugin called Server Chat Relay v0.2 (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=73779) and Message Relay (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=68667) but working.

Maybe it will be on MetaMod.
Help me please!

You can create something to that effect by using SourceIRC and having each server's bot sit in the same channel.
There is less delay and much less load then polling a MySQL database continually.
