Ok so it's obvious to me now that valve either unknowingly broke the downloads table or purposely broke it for security purposes. My question/request is that if anyone with any knowledge on this can confirm this. Would also like to know if there's a way to bypass the downloads table altogether, using either a plugin/program. Any knowledge would be immensely helpful...
