HLStatsX:CE (http://www.hlxce.com/) is your friend. It supports both GoldSrc and Source games (but most Source games need a server plugin to log everything).

However, I don't know for sure if it works or not but it's certainly worth a try.

All We need to do is pay the psychostats people. It's really simple everyone donate a few bucks a month.
