[VIP] & [ADMIN] Tag on names.

So I want plugin that gives green [admin] tag for all admins who speak on chat.



And A Vip/donator/supporter plugin. So that I can give players who has donated some extra things (like [VIP] tag before name and votekick/voteban safe etc..)
