[TF2] First only official map vote ,then only custom map vote

I have a TF2 Server with lots of custom maps.
Problem is,because of the many custom maps it doesn't go on an official map that often.
So what if the first vote only shows official maps,and the second vote only custom.
The third would be official again and the fourth would be custom,etc
That would be a really nice feature,so you won't be playing on custom maps all the time.

edit: Maybe also votes for which gametype the maps should be?
