Block Bombinomicon

I've brought this up many a time on IRC so I figured I'd do it here too. It would be crescent fresh if there was a plugin that blocked the Bombinomicon not only for the reason it's incredibly obnoxious, but for the fact that Valve has known since it's release that it interferes with the YER and it's "Silent Killer" attribute and choose to throw hats at us each update instead of addressing the issue with a patch.

i fear this won't block the attribute the weapon passes to the player.

Just tested and it does block the obnoxious explosion/shake that announces SPY!!!! The only thing it didn't do was make the ragdoll disappear like the YER typically does but I'm not being picky. At least the obnoxiousness of it has been resolved. Thanks a ton guys!

Case-specific to the YER/Wanga Prick deaths, lets people still wear the bomb instead of blocking it completely:
