Just a small request for any who read.....

I would like a plugin to allow, TF2 Halloween bag hats, custom pieces to be worn all year in my server.

I want it to be like a full moon all year round.....not Halloween as everyone hated that thriller taunt :<

Can someone help me with that?

Sure can, but due to a SourceMod 1.4.0 bug, it only works in 1.4.1 build 3436 or newer.
