Whats best Anti Cheat for CSS Orangebox? (Aimbot & No Recoil)

Can anyone tell me the best option for a anti cheat plugin, i dont care about the wallhack detection because this is the most difficult part, i care more about aimbot and no recoil cheaters because its easier to catch and most cheater use these (with or without wallhack).

sourcemod should have builtin nonsteam detection and it should disable itself on-the-fly if its running on a nonsteam server

SourceMod is open source, it would just cause no-steam sites to distribute their own version without the checks.
