EndPlayer&EndTop15

I have such trouble:
CSDS 1.1.2.4
say/top15 and say/StatsMe work without any criticism. EndPlayer and EndTop15 are set ON, but at the map ending there is something flashing and the Status Bar appears. Map changes in 10-15 seconds but during that time the server shows only Status Bar.

that has happen I bieleve bcuz of STEAM errors, i think those functions are useless now because of STEAM updates, STEAM will change the map and it will look like your connecting to the server again, so basically it is useless.
