Eye Test on L4D2, KAC v1.2.1.3

After update v1.2.1.3 lots of bans appeared,
reason: "KAC: Eye Angles Violation",
all banned players said it was after they jumped on survivor with jockey,
just want to know, is this global or my private problem?
For now Eye Test engine: Disabled is only way for me.
