Code to trigger round end for T or CT in cstrike

Hi!

I need code to force round end when all players are in CT team or i T team - no players in one team.

If there is no players i CT - T wins and vice versa.

I'm gonna use it to my zombie plugin where players are not dying, they are changing team.

Thanks for any help!
