Only 2 max can join team.

On every map that features a forced join ct, whether it be from a mod, (KZ) or a map (Surf_Simpsons_Final), Only 1 sometimes 2, even sometimes 0 people can join a team, while the rest are stuck in spec.

I run a dedicated server, with fast download enabled.

This problem happend without me changing any major settings (I'm almost cetain) and I use map configs for each map and none have been changed.

It has to do with forced ct, and it may or may not be the result of a hacker as one had been in my server to my knowledge.

I seriously need anyone who knows what I need to do to fix this to help me, because I can't use the server basically for what its meant for, and reinstalling it is just a months over endeavor.

Please someone help me with this.

Maybe the map have only 1 / 2 spawn points? In this case you must run a "Spawn Multiplicator"...

try "mp_limitteams 50" in server.cfg

Problem has been solved, by adding in each map config mp_limitteams 0, mp_autoteambalance 0.
