Hello.
Some russian kids came in my server and I don't know how they made bots in my server.. ;/ Maybe anybody knows how can be that and how to make that?

ZR doesn't add bots itself, and the gameplay with bots isn't perfect because bots get confused when players are infected.

Your admin is being hacked by them and they're having fun with your server.

Rcon Locker (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=841590) to Secure your Rcon password, it's a light weight Server Security plugin that should protect you against most exploits out there.
D-Fens (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=109453) to help prevent File Downloads/Uploads (Note I was still maliciously attacked while using version 1.1 of this, you should still be 'chmod'ing all of your files to 500 except downloads; downloadlists; logs; data; and other writable folders that you require.)
DAF (http://sourceop.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=9) is a nice addition as well, if you don't know how to use IPTables I highly recommend this.
KAC (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=114153) has quite the overhead, however if you're having a constant issue with hackers, look no further.
