I will pay 50.00 to the person who writes me a shield limiter/restrictor-type plugin.

MY wishlist for this plugin:

Slower movement: run/walk/turn/deployment/undeployment (cvar) when using a shield.

Higher gravity (cvar) so that you cant jump as high, suffer more damage when falling

Ability to limit shields to certain maps

Limit number of shields allowed per team.

Upon depoyment, make crosshairs move off target in a slight random direction so that one cannt hide behind the shield, un-shield, and get a instant headshot.

LMK if you want to undertake this project. Thank you.
