Wc3ft compile problem

I was gonna post this on the wc3ft forums, but it wont let me register cuz "The confirmation code you entered was incorrect". whatever, so you guys can help me :)

So basically what i want to do is change admin access flag to wc3ft admin menu. So i go and change the warcraft3ft.sma to have the access flag that i want, but when i try to compile the new .sma this is what i get:

Your mising the file it specified. heck the zip for it, as it will eb in there.

i redownloaded the zip file and replaced the constants.inl but it still says the same error

I just tried to delete compile.dat and it works fine again.
