change name before entering server

im looking for this, where someone cant enter your server without a name

lets say "unconnected"

or blank name

they have to change it before they come in

mani admin has this feature, where can i download this

i tested it out by setting setinfo name "" didnt let me join but i tried making my name blank it let me in, and also made my name "w" one letter to see if it let me in it did. How can i not let those type of usernames in?

is it mandatory to use the web interface?

like i don't want my servers to lagg and how can i take out the web contents

It is mandatory. It shouldn't ever lag your server.

ok it works, i would like to know is there a cfg, ini i can configure like not to let in short names or names with foul language etc...
