It is what it says. KAC thinks that these two are spamming commands into the console and it kicked them for it.

Based on the name of the command I'd guess some type of vote ban? L4D or L4D2?

why get people kicked for having a certain mouse sensitivity value?

L 02/03/2010 - 11:32:09: Corrupted CVar response: twenty (ID: STEAM_0:1:21176583 | IP: 91.4.228.183) was kicked for returning a corrupted value on sensitivity (sensitivity), value set at "2,5" (expected "100.0").

The comma (,) isn't expected to be in the value. I'll probably remove the sensitivity check in the next update.
