Problems with redirection

I have set up xRedirect directly to manual written in this forum section (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=29886). xRedirection script works for me , when i use manual redirection from one server to another, but automatic redirection don't work at all. When server is full it just drops client from the server - no any redirection. Server 1 has 20 free slots and 4 additional , server 2 has the same configuration. Where the problem can be?

If you wish to gain support, have a Steam server that only accepts Steam client and none of that Non-Steam crap using dproto.
