Problem to save settings!

Hi,
when i change settings in the stats menu, or restrictet weapons menu it works, but when i restart the server or make a mapchange the settings where default and i must their change again. :(
Can you help plz?

If you havent noticed on the stats menu theres a little tiny number that says Save :-)

but i´m pushing the save button.......

after restart all settings are lost ;(
