    Remove Weapons

    Description:
    This is my first plugin ever, so please bear with it, lol. I originally made this for my server and decided later that i should probably share it. My server runs a no spawn camping rule, and people tend to want to break it, i used to kick these players, but now instead i just remove (lock) their weapons until they use a weapon locker to get them back. I also added the command to the admin menu for any admin with the Kick flag.

    ConVars/Commands:
    • sm_rweapons: Remove/Lock a players weapons until they visit a weapon locker.
    • sm_rweapons_show: Toggles the ingame messages for this plugin on and off (0 = off, 1 = on)
    Changelog:
    • Version 1.3 ( 7/19/09 )
      • Added "sm_rweapons_show" to allow the messages to be toggled on and off.
      • Added in AutoExecConfig to create a config file for the plugin so a default can be set. To configure go to tf->cfg->sourcemod->rweapons.cfg
    • Version 1.2 ( 7/18/09 )
      • Added support for the @all/@blue/@red/@bots commands
    • Version 1.1 ( 7/17/09 )
      • Fixed the admin menu, i accidently had it set for the ban flag instead of the kick flag.
    • Version 1.0 ( 7/15/09 )
      • Initial Release

    I use it in conjunction with rtrigs and sm_givenameditem at the end of the round on my server.

    When the round ends, all players are stripped of weapons and given a spyknife to attack the defending players.

    Im glad you find it useful It was my first plugin, so if you find any bugs, please let me know Im learning the scripting as much as i can on my own, so im sure theres a lot of little improvements i can make Also if you have any ideas or features i can try to impliment, i'd love the input

    blerb, nevermind... theres no support for @all targeting. Could you add that?

    Thanks a bunch!

    Could you add a cvar for the notifications? Example:
    MrSaturn has removed weapons from MrSaturn

    something like sm_rweapons_notify 0, 1, or 2, where 0 is none, 1 is admin and target, 2 is notify all.

    Added in the convar to toggle messages just on and off, it was a quick fix by request of mr. saturn, ill improve it more when i get time

    Bumping this topic cuz i have a question :

    When i play as demoman, i fire between 1 - 8 stickies and, asa i touch the resupply, stikies explode ( like if someone was firing them ), so i get full ammo, but no stickies remaining on the floor / wall.

    Any way to fix that ?
