Sure, it will open, edit (and totally fuck, but that's beside the point) and save a webpage but that's not using HTML ...

Like saying "anyone need help with binary? I use excel and that saves documents in a binary format so I can help"

Well, for myself I use notepad for all my HTML / Javascript needs. It's perfect and it may be old school but still is functioning.

Also, if you're in need of help with PHP, CSS, HTML, Javascript, XHTML, Ruby, or Perl, let me know.. I've been experienced in all of these fields for quite some time now.

I do all my html, php, javascript and amxx plugins in Notepad++ and I love the syntax hightlighting and the many edit features available.

IMO, if you have to use MS Front Page you probably don't really know html . (I'm not saying that is true for everybody but for many I would think)

Agreed. ( From what I've heard it's like Dreamweaver. )

I use Pawn Studio for all web developing.
Though I hate the bugs... especially the italic font on php variables.
