So how can I force all players to choose vote option?
I thought about this:

client_cmd(0, "but I don't know what to write here (ofc if it is possible like this)")

I'm new to this.

With vote, do you mean a votemenu?
client_cmd(index, "slot<number>");
Example: client_cmd(id, "slot10");
Also, if I remember right "menuselect<num>" works as well.
