hns_light - this cvar doing all map dark, if it deactivited, map is normal light, <default: 1>
hns_flash - how much flashes give to players, <default: 2>
hns_radius_cvar - radius of dynamic flash light for flashbang, <default: 100>
hns_autolaunch - automatic start hide'n'seek when enought players?, <default: 1>
hns_flashlight_custom - if this cvar is activited, flashlight will random colored every time when it activited by player <default: 1>
hns_flashlight_radius - radius of the flashlight <default: 20>
hns_flashlight_only_ct - only CT's can use flashlight? <default: 1>

This is not KRoT@L's plugin.

It's Djeyl's one.

It was modified by KRoT@L, then by DokTor (me )

This version is still as poorly coded as original one.

I really don't recommend to use this.

You should rewrite it from the scratch.

Is it a diferent way of saying catch-catch?
