Every time I add the commands to add bots on map load, the server crashes when I change to our achievement map.

I wish to request a plugin that can do the following: (PRETTY PLEASE!)

-Add bots when the map starts
-Allow configuration of how many/what team/what class (maybe have a cfg file so you can just put in the command line for bots)
-Have a file to refer to for which maps to load the bots on

Most importantly: Turns sv_cheats to 0 after adding the bots.

Look for 36 slot server in interned, named achievements server or so.
You can do all achievements there by simple chat command

Lol, I'm not interested in cheating THAT badly. I just want to set up a map on MY server correctly for doing achievements with my clan.

He mean unlockllachievements

Well.. there may be provider, which is blocking bots , i seen it on one hosting .. because bots waste much CPU

My old provider did not allow bots, but this one does, and I'm still having the same problem.

Sorry for the double posts...but I guess it IS my server provider, because I cannot add bots through .cfg files or change maxplayers. They said I am allowed to decrease, but not increase it, and it is not being decreased for Arena..so..yeah.
