Same as the title. It would be neat if there was a plugin that would give Spies 100% cloak when they run back into spawn and touch a cabinet (same effect can be done by going to spawn and switching classes twice, so why not?).
Also when Spies are getting healed or ammo from a dispenser it would be nice if their Cloak recharged a little bit faster too.
