This is my second plugin submission, I just whipped this one up to see if I still had it

Completly configurable Help display system, displays console messages, motd or hud messages by configuring it in helpfiles.ini eg:

Code:
; This file determins help files people can access
; eg:
;
; help  help.txt z motd
; Displays help.txt in a MOTD window for anyone with access "z" by using
; command db_help help (db_help withought params launches default "help")
;
; name filename access motd, hud, console
"help"   "help.txt"  "0"  "hud"
"rules"  "rules.txt" "1"  "console"
"recruit" "recruit.txt" "0"  "hud"
"admins" "admins.txt" "2"  "motd"
then in console you can use db_help <helpname> eg: db_help rules. It also loads default "help" if it exists and no parameters specified.

Couple of cvars:
db_help_enabled <1|0> enables/disables plugin
db_help_hud_time <10|--> Sets time to display hud messages

Commands
db_help <helpname> displays help file

PS, would work great with my say commands plugin: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=65982

can you change the folder to configs folder?
all the files are usually there anyway, so it's easier to use this folder..
