no_team_flash not working :(

hello coders
in my server i been instal amx mod x 1.80 plugin no team flash bat his not working, when player cast flesh bomb his flashing no only rival team, than flashing everubady ho playin.i need plugin who working no TEAM flashing. p.s working in amxx.cfg no team flash 1 http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthr...ght=team+flash thanks you
