amx_addban ignores immunity.

I don't think that admins with ADMIN_BAN access should be able to ban those with immunity..

It would be impossible to make this be completely following of immunity admins, because amx_addban can enter steamid/ip addresses of users who are offline. Although a check could be done for online users with immunity, it would be very easy to circumvent it.

I think if a server cant trust their admins (eg: pay me $5 for adminlolol) then they should increase the access level of this command to rcon, or some level people who are not trustworthy do not have (hopefully users who arent trustworthy dont have rcon access!).

Or it could check every line in users.ini before adding the ban for the steamID and make sure there isnt a semi-colon in front of the line..

Then it could be easily gotten around by banning by IP.

Banning the ip would also take away your access to recon.
The server owner could always lift the ban (and edit the user.ini) using ftp.
Butt still it would be nice to have a top level admin that is realy immune.

As per sawce's suggestion, I think amx_addban should be rcon access only.

amx_addban default access changed to ADMIN_RCON ("l") in revision 3250

I plan on extending amx_ban{ip} to cache the last couple disconnected user's information to eliminate most of the legitimate need for amx_addban for non-rcon users.
