My server is still crashing with the new .dll file. Its also not making any .mdmp files either when it crashes. I don't get an error or anything, server just exit. It seems to always crash after the second map ends. I tried switching the mapcycle with different maps but it still crashes after the second map. Something seems to have happened between .95 and any of the .96 releases. .95 was rock solid but all the .96 releases I've tried have the crash bug.
*Update: I was just watching the server console when it crashed again. This time it was on its start map (de_dust). The round ended and was about to go to the second map (cs_office) when the server just exited without an error or mdmp file.
