[TS Install Files] statssounds.sma plugin name has TFC in it

Not really a bug, but may confuse some. In the TS install files the the statssounds.sma has a TFC name for the plugin name.

  register_plugin("TFC Sounds Precache",AMXX_VERSION_STR,"AMXX Dev Team")

Granted this is the same file for tfc and dod. But dod has it's own name in the plugin name. Because they are all the same maybe they should just all just be named "Stats Sounds Precache" instead.
