The linux version is now there, but I *think* it has some minor flaws.

I've finished 1.0.1 Beta, 100% stable, all the models are fixed and all im waiting for is a linux compilation and itll be here !

Very cool, I just wish there were more (great) hostage models out there. I love variety, but dislike using novelty models that don't fit in with cs (i.e. bikini's, or simpsons).

It would be great if there were map specific themed hostages, although from what I can see, you can't force models depending on the map yet - right?

Great job either way, love being able to switch things up like this =)

"NO FILE" usually means that the path in metamod.ini is pointing to the wrong place. Check that the path in the ini matches where you put the hostitron .so file.

Should be something like

addons/hostitron/bin/hostitron_mm_i486.so

with the .so file in the cstrike/addons/hostitron/bin directory.

The linux version in the pack is dodgy anyway, wait for 1.0.1 when SM 1.1 is fully released cause its 100% stable.
If you want to use the one thats there, try changing the line in metamod.ini, I commented out the one for linux.

peagle > The map.cfg files work perfectly. Make a cs_italy.cfg in cfg/hostitron/ and see what happens =)

I will have a zip containing all the models ASAP, I have two new models to add today too. Dog from HL2 and ClownMask. Ill upload them when I get 1.0.1 compiled for linux.

Thanks for all the feedback so far folks.
