I believe he is talking about the image of mario that used to be at the top. One problem with images in forums is that people hotlink images from websites, and end up wiping out the site they got the image from. It would be better to save the image then host it on a free image hosting site such as ImageShack. I accidently did this with one image and I ended up putting down a whole site for an entire month because so many people from this website viewed the image, that the site hosting it exceeded its bandwith limit.

EDIT: However in this particular case, if you find the image manually, you will see the image, therefore this image IS working, but it is most likely under hotlink protection.
