chvias's isn't an installer, its a zipped premade package, nearly the same but.... w/e I dont care. If these nubs need an installer to install a fricking plugin go ahead and make them.

Nope but its much more complicated on Listen... cuz it doesent work on listen servers on Steam..

..... making a listenserver is no different than dedicated. Besides the way you start the server. Only diff is the place you install the files to
