Counter-Strike is only able to show segments of 255 health. When it passes 0, it counts. So it's 256.

700 - 256 = 444

445 - 256 = 188

It only seems as if you have 188 health, but you really have 700.
If you have AMXX and stats enabled with the /report command active, say /report and it will tell you your actual health.

if you run the server you can enable /report through the amxx stats plugin
