So in reference to
this and a problem/weird behavior I've been seeing with Simple Chat Processor, why exactly is a UserMessage repeated/what conditions is it fired/repeated under? Sometimes it can be fired 20 times for a single chat message, so I'm curious to know exactly why if possible. One theory I had is that it is re-sent when a client fails to receive it, but 20 clients failing to receive a message seems unlikely...
Also, would it be safe to ignore every call other than the initial one after say/say_team? Like, would it cause problems for any players if it isn't fired again (such as missing chat messages if I modified the original one but not the following ones)?
