I'll say #2 is better, reason why? is because that sig. draws your attention to it. At least it's more detailed than the first sig, the first sig seems plain and sig#2 is better with more details and excitements.

Well having a render in the middle with dark colors around the outside with a light in the middle looks really cheesy. Also the renders dont go with the background.
